About
I’m wife to Iain, mum to Laura and grandma to Jacob.
I have a background in nursing, health visiting and having escaped from the NHS 20+ years ago, I retrained as a life coach and also wrote my book “Journey to Chocolate”
Hi, I’m Ann, I’m 73 and absolutely relishing life!
I believe we can live better for longer but it takes work with a few lifestyle tweaks. And it absolutely needs to be fun!
Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power & magic in it
— Goethe
I love walking, gardening, reading, music, good food and wine.
I live near Chester and for 3 months of the year I live and run my business from our beautiful French home in the wine growing area of the Languedoc, not far from the Mediterranean.
We had a long held dream to own a house in France and in 2016 we bought out beautiful home. And now I say to anyone if you have a dream like ours, then follow it, make it happen .. it’s so worth it.
I became a doting grandma to Jacob in 2011, & having reached retirement age, we needed another income stream to enable us to visit my daughter and new grandson in the States as my son-in-law was in the American Airforce.
So, I joined Arbonne. I didn’t have a clue what I’d signed up for, I just saw a solution
Arbonne has become so much more to me, I am creating a legacy for my daughter and grandson as I can leave my business to them in my will as well as inspiring women of all ages to live better for longer
Arbonne was founded in 1980 and now owned by Group Rocher. In 2021 we were awarded B Corporation status, B Corporations are for profit companies dedicated to using business as a force for good. And we manufacture a range of vegan, clean, results driven skincare and nutrition products.
I’m also a writer and speaker: I published my book Journey to Chocolate” back in 2011
In my book I share my story and encourage women, using a series of self coaching exercises to reflect on their lives and to make the changes they might want to make.
You see I feel that many women settle for what their lives are rather than focussing on a vision of what they could be if there was more joy in them.
Our lives are too short to live without joy!
